At EdClub, Inc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your EdClub account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt to monitor the status of your return until it reaches our warehouse.
